Starting the Evaluation

Q: How do I start the Evaluation?
A:

On the home page, click “Start Now” to begin your journey. Complete the quick and easy sign-up process using your email, which will automatically register you. From there, you will be directed to your Dashboard. Click on “My Evaluation” to begin your comprehensive assessment.

Q: How do I reset my password when logged in?
A:

From the Home page, click the menu button on the top right (little box with 3 horizontal lines) and click “Dashboard”. Once you’re on the dashboard page, click the menu box again (top right) and click on “Account Details”. Once there, you can change your password.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A:

We accept Apple Pay, PayPal and debit/credit card.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A:

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again after a short period. If it fails after retry attempts, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

The duration varies depending on individual pacing, but you can pause and resume the assessment as needed.

Q: Im not receiving any email?
A:

Sometimes emails can go to the Spam or Junk box in your email, check this folder, if you don’t see anything, wait for ten minutes and check all inbox folders again. If still nothing, please go to the contact page and send us an email for support.
